About this event
Gentle Stretch & Mobility is a slow paced, restorative class for all levels. We utilize stretching, nerve glides, guided self-massage, foam rolling and peanutting, and the occasional PT drill to help relieve aches and pains and to aid in muscle recovery from acrobatic pursuits and/or crouching over a phone like a gremlin.
