Beginner Pole (Level 1/2)

About this event

This class will drill the basic foundations of Pole and help students continue learning beginner spins, poses, and tricks. Let’s start climbing the Pole! Beginner Pole introduces fun progressive pole tricks, with light spins that help condition the body’s common contact points. Climbing, different grips, 2-handed beginner spins, transitions to and from the pole, climbing with proper technique, pole sits, upright poses and short sequences will be technically broken down to build a strong foundation to confidently advance in the art of Pole Dance! (Heels and knee pads optional) Prerequisites: completion of Intro to Pole I & II or Instructor Approval.
