About this event
Come fly with us! In this supportive, beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of aerial hoop (Lyra) — including mounts, poses, and playful sequences. Along the way, we’ll work on building strength, confidence, and aerial skills together in a fun, encouraging environment. Prerequisite: Intro to Lyra or instructor approval. As you grow stronger and master the beginner curriculum, you’ll be ready to join Intermediate Lyra and keep soaring with your aerial community.
