Get ready for a celebration to remember! This year marks KAEE’s 50th Annual Conference, and we aim to celebrate not only KAEE, but all of EE in Kentucky. It’s a storied legacy, and we’re doing our best to do it justice. We hope you’ll join us for this momentous occasion and become part of the movement, community, and future of KAEE.

Early Bird Registration Ends Wednesday, September 30

The conference ticket and registration process is designed for individual completion. We want to create an experience that honors our participants, and to do that, we need every participant to complete the registration form for themselves. Please do not purchase tickets or register on behalf of a team member, even if you want to pay in one transaction.

If you are bringing a team and would like to pay in a single transaction, each attendee should complete the registration process by adding tickets, proceeding to checkout, completing the participant details form, agreeing to event policies, selecting Offline Payment, and finally selecting Place Order. Once the team has fully registered, KAEE will send an invoice for the total amount for all registrants, including any applicable discounts.

Offline Payment is available to all attendees. This is a great option while awaiting travel approval or if you need an invoice to forward to your billing department. Invoices can be paid online or by check, made out and mailed to KAEE, PO Box 2739, Elizabethtown, KY 42704.
