About this event

Experience a supportive sound healing session designed to help regulate the nervous system and restore inner balance. Meredith weaves together the activating tones of metal singing bowls with the soothing resonance of crystal bowls, along with other calming instruments. This gentle yin-yang approach invites balance and grounding back into your life. All experience levels welcome.
