About this event
Keep soaring with us! In this intermediate-level class, students will build on their Lyra foundation by learning new mounts, poses, and sequences while starting to explore dynamic movements and transitions. We’ll focus on developing strength, control, and aerial awareness to safely work toward more challenging tricks and combinations. Prerequisite: Ability to invert in the hoop and mastery of the Beginner Lyra curriculum or Instructor Approval. As you continue to grow stronger and more confident in the air, you’ll be ready to take on even bigger skills in the Advanced Lyra class and explore new heights in your aerial practice.
