About this event
Step into a space of stillness, grounding, and rest for mind, body, and spirit.
This sound bath draws on ancient-inspired instruments: indigenous flute, ocean drum, rain drum, buffalo drum, rattles, chimes, and Himalayan singing bowls, layered together to guide you toward relaxation, presence, and deep rest.
Infused with Reiki for an added layer of energetic support.
Breathe. Listen. Receive.
