Welcome to Pole! Never touched a Pole? No Problem! Intro to Pole teaches the basics down to walking around the pole, techniques for beginner grips, body rolls, and leg pathways around the pole. This class is the prerequisite before taking any other pole class at Sora. It will introduce you to the basics of pole and prepare you to move into Beginner Pole class. You do not need any prior experience or strength level to take this Intro to Pole! A perfect opportunity to explore any curiosity of the art of Pole Dance! Intro to Pole is a 2 class series and the classes must be taken in sequential order. Intro to Pole I and II must be completed prior to signing up for Beginner Pole and other pole based classes.
