About this event
This class is specifically for cleared Level 1/2 Pole students who are on the verge of graduating to Level 2/3 Pole AND/OR Level 2/3 Pole students who feel the need to regress due to injury or any other break in training. Students will work on mastering Level 1/2 Pole nemesis tricks, fundamental intermediate conditioning, and certain Level 2/3 Pole moves that don't require strong inverts. Consider this class a prep for Level 2/3 Pole, which allows for more individual attention to ensure future success! Instructor approval is required.
