About this event
Beginner Poleography is the perfect introduction to combining movement & musicality on the pole. You will learn how to connect movement to music using basic spins, transitions and floorwork. Each class will focus on a fun, accessible routine, allowing students to build confidence and get comfortable dancing around the pole- no experience required! The only pre-requisite is completion of Intro to Pole I & II or instructor approval. Knee pads suggested, heels optional.
