Ball Handling, Passing, Shooting Form & Court Awareness (Elementary) This elementary-level class is designed to help young athletes develop the core skills needed to play basketball with confidence and understanding. Training focuses on building strong fundamentals while introducing athletes to how the game is played in a structured and positive environment. Athletes will work on: Ball handling fundamentals using both hands Passing techniques and basic teamwork concepts Proper shooting form and balance at close range Court awareness, including spacing, movement, and recognizing teammates Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, skill development drills, and simple games that reinforce learning through movement and repetition. Coaches emphasize proper technique, coordination, effort, and confidence while keeping the class engaging and age-appropriate. This class is ideal for elementary-aged athletes who are new to basketball or want to strengthen their foundational skills as they progress toward more advanced training within the In-Flight Elite Basketball Training program.
