Usui Reiki Level 1 Training & Attunement

Hosted by Alicia McNaughton of The Holistic Mystic

Begin your journey into the healing art of Reiki! Join us at Creatures of Whim for an immersive introduction to Usui Reiki, a Japanese energy healing practice that works with universal life force energy to encourage balance, harmony, and overall well-being. Whether you're beginning your spiritual journey or looking to deepen your existing energy work, this foundational training offers a beautiful opportunity to explore Reiki and connect with your own healing potential.

Guided by Alicia McNaughton of The Holistic Mystic , you'll explore the history and origins of Usui Reiki, learn traditional Reiki hand positions, and develop an understanding of the seven major chakras and their roles within the energetic body. This training provides a foundation for beginning to work with Reiki energy for yourself and others.

As part of your training, you'll receive your Level 1 Reiki Attunement , a sacred initiation traditionally understood to open and strengthen your connection to Reiki energy. Each participant will also receive a training booklet and certificate of completion.

Come with an open heart and curious spirit as you take your first steps into the world of Reiki! No prior experience with energy healing is necessary.
