About this event

This program will take place in Meeting Room 2. Share the joy of movement and mindfulness! This class is great for families with children ages 2-8—whether your child is "zen" or not! Participants can expect to enjoy: Lots of movement, dancing, and music - Engaging themes that make yoga fun, imaginative, and playful! - SO many yoga poses to build strength, balance, and body awareness - Breathing techniques and relaxation practices - Social-emotional learning woven naturally throughout each class! No registration is required. Adults must accompany their children, but adult participation in the class is optional. Yoga mats provided.
