Share the joy of movement and mindfulness at this fun family yoga class for children ages 2-8 and their caregivers.
Participants can enjoy:
• Movement, dancing, and music
• Imaginative and playful yoga themes
• Breathing techniques and relaxation practices
No registration is required. Adults must accompany their children, though participation in the class is optional. Yoga mats will be provided.
