Int./Adv. Pole (Level 3/4)

About this event

This class is open to intermediate through advanced level students. You will condition and perfect all the classic moves in intermediate as well as learn some basic advanced tricks, and work on ayesha conditioning and training. It is preferred for students to have confident inside and outside leg hangs, hip holds and/or jade split and shoulder mounts before enrolling! Prerequisites: strong invert from floor, push away (forearm) climb, cradle, wrist sit and/or instructor approval.
