About this event
In this all ground-based class we will hold poses for 3-7 minutes at a time with a focus on restoring deep connective tissues and stimulating the body's subtle energy channels. There will be gentle movement sequences in between each posture. Students may choose to enjoy locally grown herbal tea brewed in alignment with the daily theme of class.
