About this event
Queen Aster is a cinematic indie duo from Kentucky — Elizabeth Maines and Justin Miller — weaving folk, blues, country, and indie rock into something dreamy, raw, and theatrical.
Their latest single "Medication" is out now: a short, raw country-rock track with honky-tonk swagger and a punk edge, written about the surreal optimism of pharmaceutical advertising and the messier reality of chronic illness.
Their debut album Strange Dream — ten tracks recorded, mixed, and mastered by Jason Groves at Sneak Attack Records in Lexington— arrives mid-January.
