About this event
Join Amanda in this intermediate class to welcome the full moon each month. You will be guided through a warm up and a traditional Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation) that starts slowly, holding poses for a few breaths and then builds to a slightly faster flow as your body warms up. The class will end with a savasana meditation on the month's featured moon.
