About this event
In this class, students will learn beginner level poses, wraps, lifts, and drops on Aerial Sling as well as strengthening exercises that target and develop the muscles needed to accomplish longer and more difficult movements. Completion of Intro to Silks is a required prerequisite. Once mastery of the Beginner Sling curriculum is reached, and students are able to execute aerial invert, pull over mount, and front balance students may graduate and move up to Intermediate Sling.
